                            hi, thanks for the information.<br />
                            At present am having problem with my Techno Canon CX, the problem is that, it indicates charging when I plugs it for charging but the battery level did not increase, I used another charger and data cable, but still did not work out. please, what is the way out.

                              Hello, sorry for the problem
                              Make sure you are using the proper charger which comes with the phone. If the problem persists, try to recalibrating your battery as per these instructions in this link:

                              Then back up your data and do a factory reset of your device.
