    Hello T Fans !
    We always listen your voice and try to implement or answer. Here some questions are asked by you and the answers given by our R&D Team.


    Q: Face unlock can open it even you close the eyes
    Ans: Its normal, use the software to add the face unlock feature, need to add the hardware then support it.

    Q: Camera quality is not good as it contains too much whiteness in the picture. Example:- if u take sky picture, that sky should becomes white but it should be in same colour (whitish issue)
    Ans: 1. After shooting the sky only, there will be no overexposure;
    2. Taking pictures with person, the face AE has brightened the face, the sky may be overexposed, and the sky will be overexposured, but this is normal.



    Q: Notification LED Light should be different for charging as well as full charge but currently it is same for both.
    Ans: The hardware only supports the single LED, its normal, depend on the product definition



    Q: System does not give gallery, file manager
    Ans: Use the Photos and FilesGo to replace it



    Q: OTG not supported
    Ans: not support this feature, depending on the hardware



    Q: Mobile Charger takes too long time to charge from 0% to 100%, around 3hours
    Ans: If product does not support the fast charge, and the charger is 5V/1.2A, its normal by 3-3.5 hours to full charge

    Q: Unable to select multiple messages to delete
    Ans: Its support to delete multiple messages, its the operation problem

    be sure not to have many apps running in the background. Also delete junkie files and clear cache

    go to apps settings and clear cache of the messenger app and force stop it then reboot your device.
